【Product Features】
• Safe Material: Silicone is not plastic, ensuring the material is safe and free from plasticizers.
• Hygienic: Can be sterilized with 100°C hot water.
• Versatile: Dishwasher, (UV) dish dryer, refrigerator, and freezer safe.
【User Instructions】
• Overall Temperature Resistance: -40~150°C (Silicone side can withstand up to 230°C).
• Suitable for: Microwave heating, electric rice cooker steaming, water bath heating, freezing/refrigeration.
• Cleaning: Use dish soap (neutral detergent) to clean. It's safe for use in dishwashers.
• Drying: Wipe the silicone side dry and hang to air dry. Turn the fabric side out, open the bag, and hang it upside down.
o Note: Ensure the fabric side is thoroughly cleaned and completely dry.
o Applicable Methods: (UV) dish dryer, sun exposure, hairdryer.
• Disinfection: At least once a week (strongly recommended), scald with boiling water 3-5 times, or pour hot water over both the silicone and fabric sides.
o Note: When scalding, avoid direct contact with the pot's edge and do not exceed one minute to prevent damage to the accessories.
• Oil/Odor Removal: After washing with dish soap, soak the silicone side in hot water. Alternatively, add an appropriate amount of vinegar, baking soda, or sodium percarbonate to hot water and soak for 1-2 hours, then rinse with clean water.
o Note: This hot water treatment can be repeated as needed.
【Important Notes】
• Return Policy: The appreciation period is not a trial period! For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges cannot be processed if the product has been used to hold food, except for manufacturing defects.
• Microwave: For intermittent heating only. For example, limit heating to 3 minutes on medium-high power (700-900W). Repeat if not hot enough.
• Applicable to: Dishwasher, (UV) dish dryer, sterilizing cabinet, and steamer. Not suitable for ovens.
• Discoloration/Staining: Discoloration or staining of the silicone from UV sterilization or foods like dragon fruit/curry is a normal phenomenon and does not affect functionality. Please use with confidence.
• Heating: Do not directly expose to fire/heating sources. Do not use as a cooking container. Do not let it touch the edge of the pot.
• Boiling: Do not directly boil or soak it on a stove. (Although the food bag is high-temperature resistant, prolonged boiling can cause damage to the accessories.)
